When using online payment systems like PayPal, you get a secure way to complete a transaction. You can pay without a merchant ever seeing your credit card or bank account number. This significantly limits the information that you share in a financial transaction.
After you complete a payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing information such as the amount of the transaction, your BadgeMakers contact, and a transaction ID number. If you want to cancel a transaction we will need to have this information available in order to process a refund or dispute.
